How to Apply

Documents to become Members

The approval of membership to the Federation is subject to the final decision taken by the Managing Committee and FAPCCI Secretariat. Every new member will be considered eligible for membership according to the category chosen by them. The following documents are required to be filed along with Membership Application:

  • Registration of Firm

  • Firm / Company PAN

  • Photograph & PAN copies of 3 representatives in application form (First representative mandatory & other 2 are option)

  • Procuration by Firm/Resolution by company or board resolution/Declaration by individual on letter head (format given in application)

  • Certificate of Partnership / Incorporation /Association

  • IEC Optional

*Note: All documents need to be self-attested.

  • Certificate of GST / GST/ Certificate of Registration of Societies /Association

  • Association PAN

  • Photograph & PAN copies of 3 representatives in application form (First representative mandatory & other 2 are option)

  • Managing Committee List

  • Members List (optional)

Life Membership Fee: Apart from the admission fee, a sum equivalent to ten times the rate of Annual Subscription shall be the Life Membership Fee.
