As an introduction, the Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI), an apex chamber in the state of Andhra Pradesh.  FAPCCI with its office in Vizag and Vijayawada is actively engaged in promoting Industry and Commerce in the State. FAPCCI through its expert committee makes constructive suggestions to the government and policy makers. With the legacy of 104 years, the office has been shifted from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh to cater to the needs of MSMEs, entrepreneurs and industry at large.

 

We are looking for vibrant and energetic professionals for the following position:

  1. Manager Administration
  2. Assistant/ Joint Director
  3.  Event/ Project Coordinator
  4. Junior Officer
  5. Telesales Executive

 

1. Manager Administration

Requirements:

Minimum qualification MBA with Five years of experience in HR/Finance/Admin & Graduation with five years of experience in HR/Finance/Admin

Job Description:

  • Ensure statutory Compliance.
  • Ensure execution of the compliances.
  • Ensure proper recording, and maintenance of Minutes
  • Security and safekeeping Statutory Records.
  • Safety and security of Assets.
  • Ensure good correspondence.
  • Participate; Conduct and Execute Statutory Meeting
  • Management of the facilities.
  • Advise statutory guideline (internal/external).

 

2. Assistant Director / Joint Director (Expert Committees)

The federation has an Expert Committee on various subjects and the functions of the Chamber are supported through these subject-specific expert Committees consisting of senior officials from Corporates on our Committees. These Committees meet at periodic intervals and deliberate upon various current issues in their related areas and submit their recommendations for suitable redressal besides organizing events, conferences, skill programs and research activities.

The candidate will be in charge of the following committees:

  1. Agro & Food Processing
  2. Industrial Development including HR & IR and Entrepreneurship Development
  3. Information Communications & Digital Technology
  4. Energy
  5. Tourism, Hospitality, Media & Entertainment, and MICE
  6. Direct Taxes & Corporate Laws
  7. GST and Customs
  8. International Trade
  9. Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Capital Markets

Requirements:

 Minimum qualification MBA/MA/M.COM with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar field.

  1. Should have an excellent academic background, and expertise in the subject and must be familiar with Government(S) Policies and their implications
  2. Should have zeal to liaisoning with government and other authorities/ policymakers and members.
  3. Should have excellent communication (written and verbal) and PR skills

 

3. Event/ Project Coordinator

The candidate should be dynamic, a go-getter, and should proactively increase the membership of FAPCCI as per set targets. Researches and develops various marketing strategies. Lead and execute membership drive in Andhra Pradesh. He should engage with members on a continuous basis for sponsorships and joint programs and holistically promote the services and facilities of FAPCCI. He should coordinate with the FAPCCI office on a constant basis for the execution of projects. The candidate should be ready to travel.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification MBA and above 3 years experience preferably in Sales & Marketing

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

Should have excellent communication (written and verbal) and PR skills

Should have the zeal to liaison with industrial members, MSMEs, governments, and Associations

 

4. Junior Officer

We are looking for Junior Level Officers to handle organizational and clerical support tasks. This may include taking notes, preparing documents/letters, organizing files, assisting in program coordination, and other secretarial work.

Qualifications:   Minimum qualification graduation

Skills Required:   Good communication & Language Skills

 

5. Telesales Executive

Freshers, Female / Male, fluent in English & Telugu, Young, Energetic & Dynamic needed for target-driven telesales for:

  1. promotion of membership
  2. Generating Lead.
  3. Marketing events, skill programs.
  4. B2B Marketing.
